Just a small little poem

Shudder and shiver
The cold of the mountain enters my flesh
Echo’s on the cave belies the silence of the night
Still breath freezes on my lips
The dawn blinds my waking eyes

You take the venom out of a cobra what have you got? You've got a ... belt.
