Hi everyone my name is Thiviya, you guys can call me Thiv for short,

I graduated out of high school last yr I'm now a first year Commerce student, yes I am a minority lol. As well as writing I also love art, I spent my day of yesterday drawing sketches of my main characters in my story.

I enjoy writing as a hobby, I write poetry and as I mentioned above, have set myself upon a quest of hopefully writing a fantasy novel, a quest that I have found, will probably take me forever to complete, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end ^^

My fave authors are limited:
Kate Forsyth (Loved 'The Witches of Eileanan' and her second series 'Rhianon's Ride')
David Eddings (At the moment I'm reading 'The Belgariad' hopefully I'll have time this yr to read through most of his books)

If you see a short curry (Indian/Sri Lankan) chick carrying a massive pink bag (gotta love the commerce text books), don't hesitate to say 'Hi' ^^

Welcome to the board. Hopefully you can make the Open Mic night on Monday 9th (I'll send out reminder invitations very soon). If not, I promise we'll meet more often next semester.

It's been a rocky take-off, but I think we're finally in the air. Go wings.

ps I think everyone starts out on fantasy - it's just so much damn fun to read.

I'm deff comming to the Open Mic Night ^^ sounds like fun,
and about more meetings, we could always book out 'the reatreat' once in a while and catch up ^^
